Todd is the co-founder and Director of Programming at GenWe. Passionate about equity, inclusivity, and holistic development, Todd founded GenWe to educate, inspire, and prepare Black Americans for success.
Todd is guided by principles of family and love. He believes wealth and greed can be mutually exclusive, and brings empathy and expertise to his work. His commitment to addressing education inequality, creating LGBTQ+ safe spaces, and supporting the excellence of young Black boys is central to his mission.
Through GenWe, Todd embodies his belief that Black men need to take up space, serving as a role model and inspiring positive change within the community.

Meet Logan
Logan is the co-founder and Chair at GenWe Industries. A passionate advocate for health, wealth, and empowerment within underrepresented communities, Logan has a deep-rooted commitment to social equity. She has dedicated her career to bridging gaps in access to resources and opportunities, particularly for Black and marginalized youth.
With a background in engineering and technology, Logan understands the importance of fostering interest and representation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics among young people. She actively works to inspire the next generation of innovators and leaders through education and access to tools that promote personal and professional growth.
A strong advocate for Black empowerment, Logan is committed to creating spaces where underrepresented voices are heard, their potential is nurtured, and their futures are made brighter. She remains dedicated to building a legacy of empowerment, resilience, and opportunity.

Meet SaMya
SaMya is the Director of Communication and Marketing at GenWe Industries, where she leverages her expertise in strategic communication to elevate the company’s mission of empowering the Black diaspora. As a first-generation college graduate, she understands the challenges of navigating higher education and is passionate about helping underrepresented groups thrive in their academic and professional pursuits.
With experience in journalism and social media management, SaMya is skilled at helping diverse audience crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. She advocates for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health awareness, and accessible career pathways in writing and the humanities. She’s dedicated to building programs that foster professional growth for Black youth, with a commitment to equity and community empowerment.
